Meeting our patterns
In this session, we explore our behavorial patterns and how they can positively affect our daily life and long-term goals. We will guide you through an interactive presentation to learn key concepts connected to behavior, and reflect through activities & sharing. We end with a mindfulness practice to integrate the theme of this workshop.
This session has the goal of naming and understanding our patterns, and how the approach of "centered accountability" can lead to a desired change.

This collective coaching session explores the theme of "core needs", and how important they are for our happiness. We will share some essential ressources, experiment with somatic practices, and guide you through interactive activities so you can have a better understanding of your needs, both shared with others and unique to you.

Core Beliefs
Our core beliefs can act as a catalyst or a barrier to action that can help us achieve our vision and desires. We may know what we want and what we need to do, but negative core beliefs can prevent us from taking action- while positive core beliefs can help us take risks and seize opportunities.

What would happen if we intentionally aligned our work, relationships, and free time with what matters most to us?

How to persevere in the process of change?
Trial and error is part of the journey. The choice to change is brave in itself. When we recognise we are responsible for our happiness, we can begin (again) the journey towards real change.
In this collective coaching session, Daring to Shift, we dive deeper into the process of changing - the obstacles, the strategies, and the ressources that allow us to shift into a better reality.
